Local Moving - Pricing

Local moving includes moving on hourly rates or intra-state rates at the customer's option (choose the least expensive!). We also have partial or complete packing into boxes available upon your request. At AMS, Inc., our object is to SAVE YOU MONEY.

YES, we will LOAD AND UNLOAD YOUR RENTAL TRUCK.  Our trained loaders can get much more on your rental than an inexperienced person can.

If your moved is booked in advance we will provide "HOW TO SAVE MONEY ON YOUR LOCAL MOVE." This handout gives you specific ways to save time and therefore money!!

We also consider YOU the boss and we are YOUR employees!  Give us a call to answer all your questions.

CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR MOVE

We will ask about you the number of rooms in your home.  The number of bedrooms, family room and living room, the number of floors and extra large items such as piano, hot tub or safe are important to know before we arrive so we will BE PREPARED!

PACKING INTO BOXES

When requested, Affordable Moving Services will pack all your miscellaneous items into boxes. This service requires an extra day for most moves and an on site estimate by one of our professionals so we can give you an accurate estimate and so we can BE PREPARED when we arrive on packing day.

PLASMA TV CRATES

If you are the owner of any type of plasma TV, please declare this ahead of time so that we can provide you with one of our custom made plasma crates. We charge $25.00 for the usage of the crate. Our crews are trained to move this delicate high tech. televisions.  You have too much invested to take a chance.
