  2. Our representative that anwers the phone will recommend an IN HOME ESTIMATE. She will schedule a meeting in your home where John will come and answer all your questions and print a copy of a survey of your belongings and your estimate for service.
  3. If you are satisfied with the services you have choosen and the price of the move you can schedule your move on the spot.
  4. The price that John gives you will be based on the estimated weight, the packing into boxes that you request and distance of the move.  If you request additional services such as unpacking out of boxes that of couse will be figured into the estimate.
  5. If you can show John exactly what you plan to move he can give you a NOT TO EXCEED ESTIMATE.  This means that the cost of the move WILL NOT INCREASE unless you decide to move additional articles.  BUT if the actual weight is less than John's estimated weight the price WILL BE LOWER.
  6. John will present you with a variety of information that will include consumer protection information and your options for coverage on your belongings while they are being moved.
